Bingöl İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü'nün Erasmus+ Okul Eğitimi Akreditasyonu kapsamında Almanya'nın Gescher, Dorsten ve Marl şehirlerinde öğrenci grup hareketliliği faaliyeti gerçekleştirildi.

 

Bingöl İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü tarafından yürütülmekte olan Erasmus+ Okul Eğitimi Akreditasyonu projesi kapsamında 2023 yılı öğrenci grup hareketlilikleri gerçekleştirildi. Bu kapsamda Almanya'nın Gescher ve Marl şehirlerinde bulunan okullarda "Dijital Becerilerin Geliştirilmesi" konulu öğrenci grup hareketliliği faaliyetleri gerçekleştirildi.

Kasım ve Aralık aylarında Almanya'nın Gescher ile Marl şehirlerinde yapılan faaliyetlere, Rabia Hatun Kız Anadolu İmam Hatip Lisesi, Mehmet Akif Ersoy Anadolu Lisesi, Selahaddin Eyyubi Anadolu İmam Hatip Lisesi ve Cumhuriyet Kız Anadolu İmam Hatip Lisesinden seçilen 20 öğrenci ve 5 refakatçi öğretmen katıldı. Hareketliliklere, İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü'nden Müdür Yardımcısı Haluk Çakan ile proje koordinatörü Ramazan Gündoğdu da eşlik etti.

 

Birer hafta süren hareketlilik faaliyetlerinde ilk olarak Gescher'de bulunan Gesamtschule Gescher ortaokulu ziyaret edilerek okulda dijital becerilerin gelişimi ve uygulama süreci konularında bilgi alındı. Okul Müdürü Bernhard Manemann-Kallabis tarafından öğrencilere sıcak bir karşılama yapıldı. Bay Manemann-Kallabis, okulda verilen eğitim ve Almanya eğitim sistemi konusunda detaylı bilgilendirme gerçekleştirdi. Ayrıca, okulun sosyal, kültürel ve sportif faaliyetlerin gerçekleştirildiği birimleri öğrencilere tanıtıldı. Bay Manemann-Kallabis'in misafirlere gösterdiği sıcak karşılama ve okulun bölümlerinin detaylı bir şekilde incelenmesi, öğrenci grubu ve öğretmenleri üzerinde olumlu bir izlenim bıraktı.

 

Okulun spor salonu, öğrencilerin boş vakit geçirdikleri oyun alanları, konferans salonu, teknik atölyeler ve mutfak becerilerini geliştirdikleri alanlar gibi öğrencilere geniş bir öğrenme ortamı sunan bölümlere sahip olduğu görüldü. Ayrıca, teknik atölyelerin öğrencilere pratik beceriler kazanma fırsatı tanırken, mutfak alanları öğrencilere yemek yapma ve beslenme konularında bilgi sahibi olma imkanı sağladığı gözlemlendi.

Ziyaretçilere rehberlik eden okul müdürü ve öğretmenler, öğrencilere okulun tamamını gezdirdi ve her bir bölüm hakkında detaylı bilgiler verdi. Öğrenciler, Almanya'daki eğitim sistemi ve okulun sunduğu olanaklar konusunda geniş bir perspektif kazandılar. Ayrıca, öğrenciler arasındaki kültürel alışverişin yanı sıra, teknik becerilerin geliştirilmesine yönelik bu tür uluslararası projelerin eğitimdeki önemine vurgu yapıldı.

Hareketlilik  faaliyetleri, öğrencilere sadece akademik değil, aynı zamanda pratik beceriler kazandırmanın ve farklı kültürleri tanımanın bir aracı olarak öne çıktı. Ayrıca hareketlliğin öğrencilere geniş bir eğitim perspektifi sunarak onların geleceğe daha donanımlı bir şekilde hazırlanmalarına katkı sağladığı görüldü.

Program çerçevesinde Marl şehrinde bulunan ev sahibi kurum olan Katholische Hauptschule Marl okulu ziyaret edildi. Resmi bir devlet okulu olan ortaokulda, 5. sınıftan 10. sınıfa kadar olan 12-18 yaş aralığındaki 1500'ün üzerinde öğrenci eğitim görmektedir. Okul müdürü Bayan Barbel Themann'ın sıcak karşılaması ile başlayan ziyaret okul hakkında bilgileri içeren detaylı sunumla devam etti. Okulun bölümleri ziyaret edildi, öğrenciler derse katılım sağladı ve akranlarıyla sosyal faaliyetler yürüttü. 

Programın son günü ev sahibi kurum olan Katholische Hauptschule adlı okulda Susanne Borelli tarafından okul kalite yönetimi konusunda bilgiler verildi.

Bir hafta süren faaliyet programı ev sahibi kurum olan Katholische Hauptschule müdürü Bayan Barbel Themann ve Gesamtschule Gescher Bernhard Manemann-Kallabis tarafından katılımcılara Europass hareketlilik belgelerinin verilmesiyle sona erdi. Kapanış programında hareketlilik ekibinde bulunan İl Milli Eğitim Müdür Yardımcısı Haluk Çakan ev sahiplikleri için okul müdürlerine ve çalışma arkadaşlarına teşekkür etti. Proje koordinatörleri ev sahibi okullarla başka Erasmus+ projelerinde de iş birliği yapmayı ve onları Türkiye'de de ağırlamayı istediklerini belirttiler.

Ayrıca yine Almanya'nın Dorsten kasabasında bulunan Neue Schule Dorsten okulu ziyaret edildi. Aynı zamanda bir UNESCO okulu olan bu ortaokulda da, UNESCO Koordinatörü Nurcan Kuruçay tarafından yürütülen projelerin detayları ve UNESCO hakkında sunum yapıldı. Okul müdürü Bayan Heike Böken-Heinemann sıcak karşılaması ve yapmış olduğu sunum sonrasında, öğretmenlerle sohbet edildi. Bu okuda da öğrenciler derslere girerek akranlarıyla çeşitli etkinlikler gerçekleştirdi.

Almanya'da bulunulan hafta boyunca katılımcılar okullarda gözlem faaliyetinin yanı sıra Amsterdam, Paris, Köln, Brüksel ve çevresinde kültürel geziler de gerçekleştirdiler. Katılımcı öğretmenler ülkenin eğitim sisteminin yanı sıra kültürel, doğal, tarihi ve sosyolojik yapısı hakkında da bilgi sahibi oldular.

Erasmus+ Okul Eğitimi Akreditasyonu kapsamında 2027 yılına kadar İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğünün koordinasyonunda her yıl hedef temalar çerçevesinde konsorsiyum üyesi okullardan öğretmenler ve öğrencilere yönelik hareketlilikler gerçekleştirilmeye devam edilecektir.

Within the scope of Bingöl Provincial Directorate of National Education's Erasmus+ School Education Accreditation, student group mobility activities were carried out in the cities of Gescher, Dorsten, and Marl in Germany.

 

As part of the Erasmus+ School Education Accreditation project conducted by Bingöl Provincial Directorate of National Education, student group mobilities for the year 2023 were realized. In this context, student group mobility activities on the theme "Development of Digital Skills" were carried out in schools in Gescher and Marl, Germany.

 

In November and December, 20 students and 5 accompanying teachers from Rabia Hatun Girls Anatolian Imam Hatip High School, Mehmet Akif Ersoy Anatolian High School, Selahaddin Eyyubi Anatolian Imam Hatip High School, and Cumhuriyet Girls Anatolian Imam Hatip High School participated in the activities held in Gescher and Marl, Germany. Deputy Director Haluk Çakan and project coordinator Ramazan Gündoğdu from the Provincial Directorate of National Education accompanied the mobility activities.

 

During the week-long mobility activities, Gesamtschule Gescher middle school in Gescher was visited first, where information about the development and implementation of digital skills was obtained. The school principal, Bernhard Manemann-Kallabis, warmly welcomed the students. Mr. Manemann-Kallabis provided detailed information about the education provided at the school and the German education system. Additionally, units where social, cultural, and sports activities are conducted at the school were introduced to the students. The warm welcome extended by Mr. Manemann-Kallabis and the detailed exploration of the school's departments left a positive impression on the student group and teachers.

 

It was observed that the school has sections that offer students a wide learning environment, such as a sports hall, play areas for leisure, a conference hall, technical workshops, and areas where they can develop their kitchen skills. Moreover, technical workshops offer students the opportunity to gain practical skills, while kitchen areas provide students with the opportunity to acquire knowledge about cooking and nutrition.

 

School principal and teachers guiding the visitors toured the entire school and provided detailed information about each department to the students. Students gained a broad perspective on the German education system and the opportunities offered by the school. In addition to cultural exchange among students, emphasis was placed on the importance of international projects like this in developing technical skills in education.

 

The mobility activities stood out as a means of not only providing academic but also practical skills to students and introducing them to different cultures. Additionally, it was observed that the mobility contributed to providing students with a broad educational perspective, helping them prepare for the future more competently.

 

As part of the program, the hosting institution, Katholische Hauptschule Marl school in Marl, was visited. A formal state school, this middle school educates over 1500 students aged 12-18, ranging from 5th grade to 10th grade. The visit started with a warm welcome from the school principal, Mrs. Barbel Themann, followed by a detailed presentation about the school. The school's departments were visited, students attended classes, and engaged in social activities with their peers.

 

On the final day of the program, Susanne Borelli from Katholische Hauptschule provided information on school quality management.

 

The week-long activity program ended with the issuance of Europass mobility documents to participants by Mrs. Barbel Themann, the school principal of Katholische Hauptschule. In the closing program, Haluk Çakan, Deputy Director of National Education, expressed gratitude to the school directors and colleagues for their hospitality. The project coordinators expressed their desire to collaborate with the host schools in other Erasmus+ projects and to host them in Turkey.

 

In addition, the Neue Schule Dorsten school located in the town of Dorsten, Germany, was also visited. This middle school, which is also a UNESCO school, featured a presentation on projects led by UNESCO Coordinator Nurcan Kuruçay and details about UNESCO. Following a warm welcome and presentation by the school principal, Mrs. Heike Böken-Heinemann, discussions were held with the teachers. Students at this school also participated in various activities with their peers by attending classes.

 

Throughout the week in Germany, participants not only conducted observation activities in schools but also visited cultural sites in Amsterdam, Paris, Cologne, Brussels, and their surroundings. Participating teachers gained insight into the country's education system as well as its cultural, natural, historical, and sociological aspects.

 

Under the Erasmus+ School Education Accreditation until 2027, coordinated by the Provincial Directorate of National Education, mobility activities for teachers and students from consortium member schools will continue each year with target themes.
